Who we are:
Creative Restorations INC is a peer-led nonprofit in Buffalo, NY, founded by individuals with lived experience in addiction, incarceration, and recovery. We meet people where they are—providing food, clothing, hygiene, housing navigation, transportation, and case management to support real, lasting stability.
What sets us apart is simple: we’ve lived it. Our team is in long-term recovery, building trust through authentic, boots-on-the-ground support. We go beyond clinical services, focusing on the full picture—helping individuals rebuild independent, sustainable lives.

If you have Medicaid, you may qualify for free support services to help with housing, transportation, food, and other essential needs.
Creative Restorations INC partners with the WNY Integrated Care Collaborative to connect individuals to the services they need to achieve stability.

Non-Medical Transportation
Creative Restorations INC provides reliable, non-medical transportation to help individuals access essential services, including treatment appointments, court and parole obligations, housing interviews, and community resources.
Our program supports individuals impacted by substance use and reentry by removing transportation barriers and ensuring consistent access to care and stability.
Please provide 72-hour notice for all transportation requests.
Family Support Group
Creative Restorations INC hosts a NAMI Family Support Group on the third Wednesday of every month from 6:30–8:00 PM, providing a safe, supportive space for families and loved ones of individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.
Free Narcan and Narcan Training
Creative Restorations INC provides community-based outreach focused on overdose prevention, education, and lifesaving resources. Our trained Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPAs) offer Narcan training and distribution, along with real-time support, guidance, and connection to services.
Through peer-led engagement, we meet individuals where they are—helping reduce harm, prevent overdose, and connect community members to recovery, treatment, and essential resources.
